Processing Time
All products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated during special promotions, holidays, or high-volume sales periods.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

Because our products are heat-sensitive, they may soften or melt if exposed to:

Melting does not affect the quality, performance, or safety of the product; however, the whipped texture may change permanently.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
It's Like Butter Baby is not responsible for products that melt or soften due to heat exposure after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then contact us for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:
