At It's Like Butter Baby, each product is handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients and made with care.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of our skincare and body care products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened, used, or delivered products. This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and well-being of all our customers and to maintain proper sanitation standards.

Important Product Information

Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and are whipped to create their light, luxurious texture. Because our products do not contain harsh stabilizers, they are sensitive to heat.

Please note:

  • Body butters may soften, melt, or change texture when exposed to heat, direct sunlight, hot vehicles, mailboxes, or other heat sources.

  • Melting does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product.

  • Once cooled, the body butter can be placed in a cool area or refrigerated to help restore firmness. However, the original whipped texture may not fully return.

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered packages promptly and storing products in a cool, dry location.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for products affected by heat exposure after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
